Fermented Food/Drink Workshops

Fermented foods have been a hot topic in the media for the last couple of years, with what seems like a never ending stream of scientific research papers being published linking our gut health to all sorts of diseases and conditions from obesity to autoimmunity.       

Consuming fermented foods that contain probiotics (bacteria for the gut) have been shown to be beneficial for health and may help reduce common symptoms of bloating, constipation, being overweight, anxiety, low energy and hormone imbalances.   

Fermented foods such as kefir, kimchi and sauerkraut are now becoming increasingly popular but they are not always that readily available in the shops or they can be expensive.  So the easy solution is to make your own, and I can show you how.
